Lori is the best! Very professional, kind and courteous. Great with the puppies and does a Spectacular job grooming. We love her!

Don't make the mistake of letting the quaint appearance and lack of fancy marketing fool you into underestimating this great new business. The signage could be a little clearer, and no website yet - they do small dog grooming, boarding and day care. Lorie has decades of experience, was SUPER nice and very thorough in all her information and answers to questions. We decided to give her a shot, although there is tough competition close by. We couldn't have been happier, she did an outstanding job with a full grooming of Kody (our experience is that he is a very difficult customer cooperating with his nails). He came out happy and he couldn't have been any cuter! Look past (or embrace) this start-up's quaint marketing and give Lorie a chance. You'll be happy you did.

I have taken my pup to Lorie’s a few times now and I have never been disappointed. Lorie is an amazing human being and incredibly knowledgeable. She used to be a vet tech so she will gladly address concerns you have and if the situation permits, give recommendations that don’t involve expensive vet bills. I cannot recommend Lorie’s highly enough, whether your pup has fur or hair, tons of anxiety or is an easy sailor. I can honestly say that if I could give Lorie more than five stars, I’d give her a hundred.

Lorie is an excellent groomer. She makes our Oreo look so dapper. Oreo adores her! . More importantly Lorie is loving, caring and devoted to every animal she meets. Her knowledge about animal care is endless. Lorie personally has watch our Oreo when my husband’s medical issues had me at Mayo for weeks.. I never worried about Oreo during that time. We recently moved and are not close to the Cozy Cottage. We continue to drive the distance to have Lorie groom Oreo.
