Paula and her team are amazing when it comes to dog grooming. Paula bathed my dog and left her looking and feeling amazing, my dog was happy and got good tips to keep my dog good until next service thank you Paula.

I had taken my toy poodle here one time, Alexis I believe was amazing the first time although left my dogs ears completely in touched and left his private part untouched… umm hello?🤣 a BIG PART OF THE GROOM. I brought him back for a second grooming and they said they couldn’t even complete the grooming. Meanwhile I’ve been cutting and brushing him daily without an issue.The second time around They left him half shaved/ completely traumatized and shaking… they didn’t charge for for the groom after I insisted I’m not paying for 20 minutes of them man handling him letting him barrel roll and struggle, a week later I brought him to a private groomer HAWKEYE DOG GROOMING and they said he cooperated without an issue and WERE SURPRISED HE STRUGGLED AT PETCO!! This Pomeranian grooming salon is the worst. I don't recommend it at all. I give them a 0. They don't know how to style their coat. They told me my dog ​​had so many knots, which is a lie. He's a beautiful dog. I'll post pictures so you can see what they did to him. Besides, the price is way too high—115 for this! And the claim that I asked for this is a lie. I asked for a "bear cut," not this. They also charged me extra for shampoo to prevent shedding, but they didn't even leave my Pomeranian with any hair. 😌

Love going to Petco for my Labrador Retriever. They are all so friendly, very clear in their grooming process, and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

Entire team handled our senior GP with great care. Groomer did a beautiful job working thru all the long hair.
