I adopted Amelia (formerly Salem) from Cat Care Society, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. Shortly after bringing her home, I ran into a few unexpected health issues. As a first-time cat mom, I was honestly scared and overwhelmed by the findings and how sick she was. But CCS immediately followed up with me and walked me through every bump in the road with so much care and support. I never felt alone in it. CCS truly cares about their cats before and after adoption. I am endlessly grateful to this shelter for connecting me with my soul kitty. Amelia has brought so much joy and face “boops” into my life. If you’re considering adopting, I highly recommend visiting CCS — they truly care about both their cats and their adopters!

What a fantastic place this is. I adopted my cat about 90 days ago. A little 1-year-old black cat. He is definitely a handful but that's because he's a black cat. I'm going back to date to adopt a second cat because my first cat needs a friend. He spent this weekend trying to make friends with a dog that had no interest in him. The staff has been fantastic I have talked to them a couple of different times about the cat and they have had wonderful advice every time. I would absolutely recommend adopting a cat from this location they are a fantastic organization with wonderful people working for them. Thanks for keeping my cat safe until he came to me.

I can’t imagine the adoption experience being any better than how it is here. It took me a long time to open my heart up to the possibility of adopting another cat after having cared for my childhood cat his entire life. After much hesitation and ogling at different cat profiles on adoption websites, I stumbled across a little guy that changed the game at Cat Care Society. First impression upon arriving, very secure and welcoming place. Ample parking. Signing in is streamlined and it’s often face first with a greeter kitty! Can’t beat that. I love that this is a free roam shelter; easily the best way to observe and connect with all the feline residents. I spotted our prospective little guy instantly. It is very clear to me that all cats in this shelter are very loved and cared for; their n

I’ve been visiting Cat Care Society since 1999! They treat their kittens and cats with such grace and dignity. I have adopted from them, fostered with them and supported them through the years. They are definitely a top notch feline center. Their veterinarian and technician staff are compassionate and thorough! I highly recommend adopting and fostering through them. Such an amazing institution!

Greatest cat shelter we have ever been to! About two months ago, we had come to adopt our adorable cat (Pumba Grace now named Bunny) at this shelter. The staff was amazing and the vet and vet techs were super helpful on helping us prepare on how to care for our manx syndrome cat! All the cats are really well taken care for at the shelter and you can tell everyone works hard to help these kitties get a good home.
