Our groomer Roxanne was caring with the anxiety our pet showed on arrival. She identified the anxiety and directed on how to diffuse it. We will return for future groomings, especially to work on our pet’s nail trimmings, an item that has been an issue. Today he allowed his hind nails to be trimmed!!
Kara was very patient and informative about our fur baby and his needs. Charlie was not stressed and anxious at pick up. I think we’ve found our forever groomer in her.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our dog usually takes an hour and a half. So we went to check up to see if she was okay when it hit 2 1/2 hours and shop for her. Walked in and we were told that she is soaking wet and just sitting in the kennel to dry. I asked for a time update and they said oops well she peed herself so we have to bathe her again. Why didn’t they dry her? I am assuming my dog was in there for awhile and they just forgot about her. Do not go to petco. They don’t care about your dog.
