Haiku Veterinary Clinic

I switched my dog from aloha to Haiku and couldn’t be more happy and relieved by the difference. This is actually the best vet I’ve ever experienced. (We had two on the mainland as well.) One of my dogs has a chronic disease and the vet she saw here has Extensive Knowledge on the cause, treatment and expectations of the disease, which is an absolute first in my experience. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, as well. The admin is extremely on top of things. They are so organized and pro-active. My pets aren’t the easiest to manage health-wise (luckily they’re my best buddies) and Haiku offers the support I need with them. I’m used to having to wrestle with vets over necessities vs cost, unreliable record keeping, and/ or vets who have lost their zest for caring for pets. To say I

The Staff are kind and considerate, they will call you with reminders about shots and treatments. I had a very smooth experience getting my dog into Hawaii and his Vet care. Even if I have minor- to paranoid questions about being a new pet owner, the Vet themselves will call you back. They know my pet after 1 visit and are very sweet and loving to him.

Dr. Dale has her own Mobile Clinic which we now use and is great. She was the only Vet at Haiku who didn't order unnecessary tests and over charge. Front desk gals friendly and helpful. Dr. Dale was amazing took time to do a thorough check on our dog including cleaning his ear wax, toe nails trim, full body exam and knowledgable. Vet Tech was super too friendly, gentle with our dog and explained all costs upfront. Thank you!

Some of the best people in the world work here! They take such good care of my babies. I'm incredibly happy to have found a great veterinary team upon moving here to take care of my kitties as if they were their own. I've been going to Haiku for over two years and I am so satisfied with the care I've received. They always remember me and my cats when I walk in. It's such a comfortable place, I just love them and the clinic!
