Petco Grooming

Brought Ralph our long haired dachshund to Petco for his first grooming. Lee was very reassuring and went over the services I schedule advising one wasn’t necessary given Ralph’s fur. Ralph looked and smelled great at the end of the day. He had a great spa day! We will be back. Great value for the services provided.

I brought my dog Porsha here who is a long haired Pomeranian. And I specifically asked for a cut around her hiney and stomach but not to cut any other areas. They had my dog for 3 and 1/2 hours and when I arrive they make me pay before even seeing my dog’s haircut/ grooming. When I get my dog to the car I realize she is shedding so much so that I have to take her home and brush her myself because she is shedding so much. She also has tear stains (they obviously didn’t clean her eyes). She also had a CHOPPY HAIRCUT. As pictured you can see the results from bringing my puppy to this groomer and even with specific instructions received a horrible result from this groomer. Julia was an amazing groomer! She engaged with Hunter to help his nervousness, treated him with incredible care, and helped my mother get him back to the car in the rain. Also, he’s now soft, silky, smells good, and is the handsomest boy around!

I absolutely love taking my Harry to Petco for grooming services. Stylist Lee always does an excellent job with my wiggly tripod baby. I would recommend Lee to everyone.
