Petco

Petco is normally a great place to shop and I truly enjoy coming here. However, I am leaving a 1 star review because I believe action needs to be taken regarding how employees are treated. I have been shopping at Petco for a long time, and John has checked me out many times at the register the past couple months. He is always incredibly kind and makes my day better. He politely asks if I’d like to add my phone number for rewards, and when I tell him I already receive plenty of emails and texts from other stores, he respectfully says “yes ma’am” and continues our conversation. He always asks about my day and even asks how my dog is doing. John has also shared a lot of helpful knowledge about pet care. For example, he taught me about healthy foods I can give my dog like cucumber, yogurt, c

Petco has a really good sale on parakeets, BOGO 1/2 off sale. The birds are settling in nicely in their new environment, and pricing for accessories, food, etc. was very reasonable. I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, but Scott was super knowledgeable and helpful getting me taken care of!

I take my dog lucee to get her nails trimmed and buffed once a month and the groomers there are so nice. This is the only place I take my dog to get her nails or any grooming done at all. We are petco exclusive.

My two Shih Poos are getting older and need more care. The veterinarians have been excellent at assessing their needs and giving me options for their care. They are also excellent at following up with me to make sure they have recovered from their surgeries. I have been very happy with the entire team.

When my regular groomer ghosted me, we were desperate to get our DoodleMutt groomed ASAP. Petco Grooming stepped in and it was perfect! Easy to book an appointment and easy to drop off. Adrian did an awesome job with my really nervous, really wiggly, really matted DoodleMutt. Thank you so much! I will be going back!
