Juan is the best dog trainer in town !!!!! He brings so much personality and love to puppy training. Juan makes it an amazing experience for both the puppies and their owners. Cowboy now sits, stays, lays down, is patient, and listens to us even with distractions/other puppies around !!!!! Thank you to Juan and Petco for taking such great care of our boy ❤️

I'm Giving this rate just because of the manager Rose. Understanding the pressure and the rush ( the store was empty) the experience was not the one we expected from manager. Just because she noticed I was buying from another person she didn't take the time to value my concern. I was looking for some products for a long and I reached out to her to asked for help and she only say “ahhh are you buying for someone else” give me a minute with a awfully actitud and she left me over there like nothing. I really needed support to find the products I was looking for. Unfortunately, she didn't care and she showed me that with her words and body language. Sorry for the team members. The cashier was amazing and sweet

This is an issue with most pet stores, not just Petco, but why is the mistreatment of Beta fish so normalized? These poor fish are kept in a plastic container with barely any water to swim around. This specific one was having a hard time even swimming to the surface, he kept sinking. Obviously something was wrong with him. i really wish people would treat animals (yes even fish) the way they would want to be treated. Other than that, this Petco is very nice and clean, I buy my dog’s food here. But hopefully they change in how they keep these fish, a simple google search will tell you this is NOT ok. If you cant keep them in proper tanks, then maybe you shouldnt sell them at all..

We were glad to visit this Petco store, where there was plenty of staff visible on the floor who were more than willing to help. Rose helped us select a leopard gecko and showed us where to find the various foods for it. Clean store and a fast checkout. Loved visiting this location.
