I never leave a review, but I’m so disappointed I’ve been taking my dog to get groomed here since 2020, but lately I never get the same person. they have all left and this time my dog’s groomer was Paola and I let her know how I wanted my dog to get groomed I explained exactly what I wanted and since I’ve been bringing him here it’s been cut the way I explained it to her.. When I pick him up I noticed he still had a lot of hair on him. She asked me what I thought and I said I think he needs a little more off and she said no because his breed can’t get cut more or it will irritate his skin which is a lie , he’s always gotten a really short haircut there and it didn’t even look like he got a haircut .. the tail area and the butt area looks awful… I paid a lot for his grooming to look like h

Laura has been grooming our fur babies, Bonbon + Poochie, for over 2 yrs, + she truly feels like family to us! The love & affection she shows them is immediately felt, she treats them as if they were her own 🥹 Her passion for what she does shines through in every detail, from the way she comforts them to the care she takes in making sure they feel safe, loved, + happy. Bonbon and Poochie always come home not only looking wonderful, but clearly calm + cared for. It brings us such peace of mind knowing they are in the hands of someone who genuinely loves her role & the animals she serves. I absolutely love taking my dogs to Woof for grooming. The staff is amazing and so attentive. They always make sure my dogs feel comfortable and cared for. Every time, they wash and cut their hair exactly how I ask and the results are always perfect. My dogs actually get excited to go, which says a lot. It’s definitely my go-to spot for grooming.

Aymar is absolutely amazing!!! This was our second time there. She followed my instructions PERFECTLY and is so kind. Also, the girl at the front desk is super nice!!! And translates for me :) What a great place! We found our grooming home!

I've been to this place three times already, and my two dogs have been groomed by Pedro every time. He's very good, in my opinion. My dogs don't seem stressed after leaving the shop; in fact, they seem very happy when they go in and see Pedro. So, five stars for this groomer!
