Ive been boarding my 3 dogs here for about 5 years now and they are wonderful. We absolutely trust them with our fur babies blindly as they take care of them as their own. They also have super cute activities and special perks like Valentine’s Day photo shoots and so much more. Nothing like feeling like having ease of mind when on vacation!

Can’t thank the staff at Woodland pet resort enough for taking care of our pet Coco. They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, she is very anxious specially when away from the family. We were a little concerned because she’s a picky eater but she felt so comfortable with them that was eating all her meals. We also looked forward to the reports and pictures every day. I can’t recommend them enough.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Woodland Lodge Pet Resort Miami. I booked a full-day daycare including the required assessment after being told by staff that the assessment could be done the same day followed by daycare. This information was later completely contradicted. While monitoring the daycare cameras, I repeatedly saw my dog left alone in a closed room, crying and howling, while other dogs were outside playing. Staff gave inconsistent explanations, including “nap time” and “private group play” — a service not disclosed anywhere on their website. I was also told the daycare schedule on their website is “from 2017,” which is unacceptable if customers are expected to rely on it when booking. Despite booking until 5:45pm, I was called before 4pm and told my dog was “rea

This is my puppy’s second home. Everyone is fantastic and he loves going to daycare. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They send photos and report cards each day and it just gives me the biggest peace of mind to know he’s somewhere fully cared for.

Thank you to all the staff at woodland Lodge for taking care of our little guy while we were away! We LOVED receiving the report cards with the adorable photos! We also loved that the deluxe rooms are decorated like little cabins with a cozy feel, TV, doggy webcam to view your pet and a little private grass area they can access when the doggy door is open. Having the webcam was amazing and brought us so much comfort and peace. Everyone was very friendly and answered all our questions and gave us updates when we asked. I would highly recommend booking here for your future pet boarding needs. The only feedback I would like to give is that I wish the dogs had a little bit more outdoor time. However overall, amazing job and facility. Thank you, we will be back soon!
