I am currently in town for work, and I took my working dog to get groomed here. The service was impecable from the call to the evaluation, to the treatment of the canine. They make you feel as if you are already part of the family and they are very patient with you. I have travel around due to work and I will say I look forward to every time we have to cover hours here in Miami because I have found our reliable groomer. They also have amazing treats and toys for sale and they customize the experience depending on whether you want a bandana, bow, or perfume which I will say smells amazing.

Excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience at Kool and Kute Pet Boutique! I left my dog here for a wash and grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff was so friendly and made sure my pup was comfortable the whole time. When I picked him up, he looked so clean, fluffy, and happy—I could tell he loved it! It’s hard to find a place that truly cares for your pet like their own, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!
