This review is for the store's trainer, Ricky! I got a 6 month old American Bulldog puppy in November 2019 that is great on leash but a little psycho when she sees other dogs, she's also very cautious around strangers and a little fearful of new things. Ricky saw her behavior when a dog walked past us in the store and immediately identified it as resource guarding and gave me some tips to help with walks..so I signed my little "resource guarder" up for training that day. Ricky has helped TREMENDOUSLY! He is patient, he worked with her anxieties and even helped me pick out toys (power chewer). When he schedules your training class, he takes your dog's personality into consideration and works with your availability. Clean store with lots of selection. Pets are welcome inside. Dog trainer is outgoing and very experienced. I've already gotten a lot of free merchandise from their customer reward program and saved significantly with their sales...

Excellent customer service from trainer Ricky. He was patient and took time to properly fit my puppy with a harness that was best suitable for him.
