From the time we checked in, the phone call from Maddie alerting me to the weight loss because they were so active (FYI they needed to drop a few lbs, LOL), to Jake being the best trainer for these two! I found this place doing an internet search! The reviews were great, it was fairly close and the price for what you get is beyond reasonable!! How could I not choose this place!! I loved that Jake would text me to tell me how they were doing and I felt totally comfortable texting him things I may have forgotten to include to work on. He was very responsive and that made a huge impression!! I let them know what each dog needed to work on and mission accomplished!! The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to each dog’s needs. A huge shout-out to Randall, our dog trainer! If you can request him, you should. He patiently answered all of my questions (even the ones I thought sounded dumb) and followed up with me to check in and offer guidance. That level of care and communication made such a difference and really showed how much he cares about both the dogs and their owners. I had an excellent experience with All Dogs Unleashed and Randall during my puppy Koba’s two-week board and train program. From start to finish, the team and Randall were communicative, professional, and truly invested in his progress. Koba came home with noticeably improved manners, better leash walking, stronger impulse control, and a much more consistent response to commands. The trainers clearly put in the work and took great care of him. I appreciated the report card and how patient they were in explaining everything to me at pickup.
