We recently bought our Indian Ring neck from Kookaburra. We've had other birds in the past, and the store manager was so patient with us explaining the differences in needs and behaviors, setting realistic expectations for us. I also found him very knowledgeable about what toys, food, ect were right for our new baby. I knew this store was the right choice when I found out that he has been there for years. The birds are obviously very well cared for. 6 out of 5 stars 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜

I purchased my Rosie about 11 years ago and I always come back for supplies, toys, etc. everybody is so knowledgeable and the genuinely care for the wellbeing of our feathered friends. I can’t say enough good things. They off many services (wing clipping, toenails too) at a reasonable prices. Sanitary environment and daily care is emphasized. I’m proud to tell about their exceptional reputation that they live up to.

I got my little baby here and she is so fantastic and perfect and sociable. I’ve had her for about 3 months and brought her in for boarding and paid $17 for enrichment for her everyday plus the boarding cost of ~$20 and the vet we were looking to board her at was twice this cost and wouldn’t even take our bird out once in the week and a half we would be gone “except to weigh her”. Kookaburra played with her everyday and gave her social time and even has a boarding YouTube so you can see your bird once per day while you were gone and I looked forward to seeing the video everyday. It had just been one magnificent experience after another here. They are a fantastic shop, and I’ve seen some truly dismal and disappointing shops as well as decent but this is my favorite and I highly recommend it

Absolutely adore Kookaburra Shop. Purchased my bird from here and the staff is always so wonderful about assisting with bird care and are extremely knowledgeable. I use them regularly for grooming and boarding services. They take exceptional care as if the birds are their own. Also have a great selection of various products in the store. Especially love Chris and John for going above and beyond every single time. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best place to find your forever feathered friend! They work so hard to take care of their birds and work so closely with them! We got both of our 2 cockatiels from them and they are firecrackers to our hearts. The staff is amazing! They keep the birds happy, healthy, hand train them and encourage a lot of socialization before they are let go to be with their forever home. I love this place. I always come back to buy some bird toys from them (even though I can get them online for cheap myself) just to support this shop and its wonderful staff. Thank you! We love you'all!
