I purchased four tropical fish $40, followed protocol for adding to my aquarium and now,all off my fish have Ich parasites. I began treating the tank but have started losing fish that I've had for many years. 8 inch Bala shark, 6 inch albino algea eater, one of two large catfish is barley hanging on, and two tiger barbs. I called this store and was offered a refund on the fish that I purchased and told that the fish sometimes come in sick and it's a RISK. I shouldn't have to purchase ich medication at $20 plus, as it's all my RISK. I'll never buy anything from here again! I expect more than a refund expect po expect contact.

I had a wonderful experience at this Petco thanks to a fantastic associate named Ashley! I came in looking for items for my Betta fish, Gus, and Ashley was an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Betta fish care and took her time walking me through the best options for his tank — never once making me feel rushed. Gus is now the proud owner of a new floating log and new plants and he absolutely loves it! It's clear Ashley genuinely cares about the animals and the people who care for them. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.

Our local stores were out of a clearance dog bed so I called customer service and they honored the sale. WAY TO GO! Happy puppy customers right here!! 🐾

Be careful with this worker here , she’s been following my two children throughout the entire store as if they’re up to no good, my daughter is 10 and son is 7. It’s obvious my kids can’t roam the store while I wait for my two dogs and kitten to get vaccinated. Very rude and unprofessional, it’s a shame this is happening once again with the same store employee, this time there’s photos of every place in the store my kids were at. She needs to be fired or trained again because this 100% feels like harassment at this point. Next time I will be asking for her name and reporting the harassment to corporate office. I hope and pray it won’t go as far as getting an attorney involved.

I have been shopping with you, purchasing product. I buy dog food every few months for the last few years spending nearly $100 a visit. My phone number is correct and my email is correct. I've checked spam as directed from your associates. I have never received a single rewards coupon. Your program is a scam. What a ridiculous response putting the work back on me. You have my phone number and email. The audacity of you and your customer service department the assignment of calling. I have now decided to order my 30lb Science Diet dog food at Amazon. The food is a couple of dollars less and free delivery. Amazing how you drive my patronage to Amazon instead the Petco Company. Apparently Petco is doing so well, they are willing to give up business!
