I buy pet supplies here on a regular basis and have adopted three amazing cats here. Their prices on cat food and cat litter are competitive. They will honor prices on their website if it is lower without forcing you to put in an online order.

Gabriella is absolutely amazing! She has so much knowledge on the animals and you can see the passion flow into her work. She is 10/10 the one to go see out here in Conway for any of you animal needs!

When speaking to an associate I was advised I was not able to purchase mollies because they were not salt water fish. I asked the associate to look this up and verify because they can be acclimated to a salt water tank. They sold me two molies two days prior along with a carpet anemone that eats said fish. The associate told me it was against store policy. The manager was the one who sold me the fish two days prior. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she could do nothing about my complaint. When I asked to speak to the general manager she was rude and disrespectful. All three employees raised their voices with me and were confrontational. I came into your Conway store right after it opened. At the check out counter I asked about the Petco monthly membership. The young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even helped me my by downloading the Petco app. I am a senior lady and not always good at the phone stuff. She explained how the membership worked.
