Had a huge variety of dogfood n treats.friendly staff,clean.well organized.

Staff member was extremely rude... she acted like it was a huge bother to answer a couple easy questions. Then when I was about to spend hundreds on a gecko/set up and things for my dogs, she was even more rude and even told my kid to be quiet. I walked out without buying any of it, I'll go somewhere with respectful workers.

I had left a 3 star review a week ago on here about grooming services that left our Golden Retriever looking a Labrador with a bushy tail. I deleted that one because the manager called and told us that if we weren’t 100% satisfied to bring him back in. He went back in this morning and already looks way better. Petco reimbursed us the total amount for the service. Very professional & friendly customer service.

Never going here again! This happened over a month ago on August 28th. -For the record as well, I have had taken care of fish for over 15 years and very knowledgeable about fish care- I was wanting to buy 3 little ghost shrimp for a (empty of any other fish) planted 3 gallon tank. The manager on duty that day initially okayed the shrimp after asking how big my tank was. But continued asking aggressively (still confused why)not only how big my tank is but what kind of fish I had, how many, and how many tanks I had total in the house. (To be clear- I do not have an issue with an employee informing a buyer about proper fish care for some people may not have researched properly how to take care of the fish they are buying.) But the issue at hand is the way she aggressively asked the question

Very friendly staff. I was searching for a new groomer. And found her. She was personable and my doggie seemed comfortable with her. I will be returning. Her name is Jessica if anyone needs a groomer. Thank you Jessica 😊
