Creekside Veterinary Hospital

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Creekside Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Radford! We bring both of our puppies, Teddy and Ranger, here and the level of care they receive is nothing short of outstanding. Every visit has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion for our babies. The entire staff goes above and beyond — from the front desk to the technicians to the veterinarians. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure we always feel supported and informed. It’s obvious they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their patients (and their humans!). Creekside Veterinary Clinic is absolutely fantastic! The entire team is so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. They take their time to explain everything and always treat our puppy Max like family. You can tell they truly love what they do. I really gave this place a chance. The time it will take to post my experience, just too overwhelming. Let’s just say, over a month of my cat in a cone and over 500$ spent at Creekside Vet, for yeast in his ear, I changed his food and in 2 days, he is better. The vet never addressed the root of the problem. I am very disappointed in the level of incompetence of Creekside Veterinary.

The entire team at Creekside has been so very helpful. We’ve seen both Dr. Radford and Dr. Marstin- equally wonderful and so interactive with our pups, both of which have complicated health histories... our pup Reed is nearing end of life, and the team, especially Angie, has gone above and beyond to help get his meds filled and all my questions answered. They truly provide great quality care and are all so very thoughtful and sincere. Would 11/10 recommend Creekside for your veterinary needs.

Creekside is an awesome place!! My former vet who retired highly recommended Dr. Radford, saying she was an excellent surgeon. She is just that and more - very up to date on latest medical care and treated my baby with a gentle hand along with all the girls on staff assisting her. Dr. Radford believes in creating a stress free environment for each animal treated. On the first visit, she went the extra mile giving extra time and patience to educate me and for my baby as he could handle in order to perform top quality medical treatment which he so desperately needed. He is healing beautifully now. This is the first vet that he walks on through the front door without trying to turn away and make an escape.
