The Uptown Hound Dog Day Play, Resort & Ranch

I have had such a great experience with The Uptown Hound! My Paisley loves going to Doggie Day Camp. She loves all the fun activities and running around with her friends! Great lodging set up, perfect for you babies while you are gone on vacation! They interact with them and really make sure they feel like they are at home, while they are missing you! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!

I was SO excited to have my boys boarded here. They seemed great and super communicative, which reassured me a ton because one of my dogs, hasn’t ever been boarded before; so I had high hopes! They went for a day of daycare the day before and had a lot of fun. I got a text and a few pictures that day! When they were there for boarding, I only heard from them when I reached out and only got one picture the week they were there. I was told there would be pictures uploaded on Facebook, but they never were. Upon pick up, the boys were happy and really excited to be home. It wasn’t until I was home that I realized I was charged for the Adventure package everyday when it was supposed to be every other. And then I realized the prices were higher than what the website says, which was a surprise. I

Our furry family has been cared for by The Uptown Hound for over fifteen years. Through the best of times and the worst of times The Uptown Hound has went above and beyond to accommodate our human and fur family members alike. The Uptown Hound is our first call for animal care!

I LOVE Uptown Hound! We've boarded with them in the past; great then and great now. I was so impressed the very first time I boarded my dog with them. I asked to see where my fur baby would be staying, they let me see their boarding area. It is clean, no smell, and they had relaxing music playing! I love that my dog gets to go play in the grass several times a day and be taken on walks. I checked in on her and they responded quickly. I also got pictures of her enjoying her puppy ice cream, SO CUTE!!! They really love the dogs they care for. I don't mind driving from Ooltewah to Cleveland; they are only at the second exit and not far off the exit. We will be boarding with them again! 🐶

I can’t put into words how much The Uptown Hound means to my Lola and me. Because of The Uptown Hound, I can take comfort in knowing that my companion is well taken care of while I’m at work every day. She is outside, being stimulated, and getting to socialize with other dogs. She would not have that opportunity without them. They have the best staff! I am so thankful for them each and every day, and Lola is too!
