I liked it when the store was bigger. I understand the new CEO is probably trying to save money so he can get a bigger bonus but unfortunately I think this will be their downfall. We came in Thursday wanted to get Christmas dog gifts and some fish for our tank. I couldn’t get to half of the Christmas dog gifts because there were pallets loaded high with products. It was like that throughout the store. So I gave up and didn’t buy any. So we just decided to just get the fish. The guy said he would come back as soon as he was done checking people out. He never came back. We left and went to Pet supermarket over where the Kmart used to be. Clean store, no pallets laying everywhere. I was able to get the dog Christmas gifts and our fish. They had a much better and bigger selection. And the work

Great customer service from Brandi who helped us find the cat food and ferret leash we were looking for. And the cashier, Alejandro was friendly and got us checked out quickly!

PetCo Clermont FL ⭐️ 1 Star – Invented Rules and Poor Management Customers should be aware that ‘policies’ here appear to change depending on who is behind the counter. I have purchased prescription cat food here for years using a photo of my prescription barcode on my phone. This has never been an issue. Ever. Tonight, Shelly, the General Manager, refused the purchase and claimed that “additional paperwork” is required and that this has “always been the rule.” That statement is flatly untrue. This store has repeatedly accepted the same barcode without question. The system accepted it. The staff accepted it. The store accepted it. They took advantage of us never went over our bill and my fault I didn't pay attention to the bill until I got home and noticed a charge of 189.00 for a puppy package. I only went there for a buster shot .When I was done my bill can to 389.00.After I noticed the bill I called and the girl was very nasty with me and swore at me so then I swore back .Two days after my appointment they called me again to pick up medicine so I send my husband to pick it up and we were told we are not welcome back anymore.No worries I would not recommend anyone to petco.

This is a local spot for me and everyone is always so friendly. I love my local petco for providing all the needs for my amazing cat Boots!
