Terrible grooming experience resulting in $400 vet visit but manager handled the situation well. My goldendoodle was groomed yesterday and, after picking him up, my partner noticed that his ear was bleeding fairly heavily. The groomer did not mention this when she picked him up but he ears are completely floppy and were bleeding heavy so there is no way that they were unaware when they cut him. My dog’s ear wouldn’t stop bleeding so last night we had to take him to an emergency vet to have the cut glued shut and his head wrapped. They also prescribed him an antibiotic. Altogether, the visit cost $400. After calling attention to the injury, the groomer was defensive and attempted to blame us by saying he was matted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently brought my pet to Petco for grooming, and Hannah did an amazing job! She was patient, gentle, and very professional from start to finish. My pet came out looking clean, fresh, and beautifully groomed — you could tell she put care into every detail. Hannah also took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the process. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the experience even better. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a groomer who truly loves what she does. We will definitely be coming back! 🐾💙

I pretty much use Petco exclusively for my pet needs like food and treats and supplies. I typically will do a pick up order and very rarely do curbside pick up. The curbside pick up process is horrible at baseline because there’s nowhere to park and often times no one comes out for an extended period of time to deliver your items. with my most recent purchase, I bought an 80 pound bag of dog food and treats for my dog. when I arrived, I parked out front of the store with my hazards on. I followed the prompts on the app as indicated letting them know I was on my way when I was there and also sent a reminder about 10 minutes into waiting through the app. after about 20 minutes, I had called twice and wasn’t able to get a hold of anybody. at this time, I am nine months pregnant and cannot lif

I only shop the exotic section Could do better with some of the products for rabbits, and stop carrying items they aren't supposed to have but the package says they can (like anything with seeds). Would love to see more oxbow treats like the carrot and dill/apple and banana/cranberry ones. Super friendly and helpful workers, clean store, seems well stocked in other departments

I brought my shih tzu to Petco for grooming, and Hannah did an amazing job! She was patient, gentle, nice and very professional. Hannah did the look that I wanted for my dog🐾 Definitely will bring him back to her❤️! She took very good care of my dog highly recommend!!!
