My very adventurous (and occasionally naughty) golden retriever loves finding puddles of mud to lie in. On this particular day, we were in a rush and needed to get her a bath FAST. We had seen the Pet Wash but had never gone so we brought her in and it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted and immediatly helped with the machines, and our pup was given plenty of cookies. It was easy to use and I loved that they provide soap and brushes. Jamie can be skiddish and nervous, especially when getting dried, but the drier options they have made the experience less stressful for her (and me!) I'll go back whenever my pups need a bath!

Absolutely fantastic experience and very convenient for those who need a pet wash! I don't mind paying for whatever I need to use this facility and for its maintenance. The facility is spotless, and it smells good. It has everything you need. The owner is a veteran himself, and he is such a sweet, caring person! I am happy to share this business with other dog owners.

Very disappointed with the mediocre service for the price. I was charged $45 for an approximately 30 minutes to use the wash tub for my dog. The water pressure was weak so it forces you to stay longer to rinse your dog which increases cost. The dryers are very weak, no supply of conditioner or shampoo or towel. You can go down the street to Tractor Supply and pay just $10 for unlimited time to wash your pet and they offer you courtesy towels, shampoo and conditioner. Never coming back here again.

So I love the concept of a self serve dog wash that supports veterans as a cause. But the lack of transparency for prices and timing is really off putting. I had no clue that the minimum amount for cash is $18 for about 20 mins and the minimum credit amount is $25. That’s kind of a rip off. I didn’t even use all 20 mins. Moreover it took me a second to realize the shampoo comes out of the hose with the water. More transparent prices and directions should be on the website and at the facility. I even checked the website beforehand for this info. I’m not sure if I will go back unless they fix the prices and minimum time.

This place is the best! It was our first time here, or at any place like this truthfully. Everything was so easy to figure out. Very convenient walk-up ramp into the tub for the dogs. I love all the options for the bath, especially the oatmeal bath. The water was warm and the dryer was the perfect heat setting. Very decent pricing. Very easy clean-up with everything needed- squeegee, bag for cleaning up hair out of the sink, and a vacuum. Seriously, I can't say enough good things. We were so happy and so were our 2 Labs.
