Pet Supplies Plus Windham

I will forever be grateful to Pet Supplies Plus of Windham for the kindness we experienced during our final visit. I brought my sweet 16.5 yo Jade in for one last pet store frolic the day before her euthanasia. Cashier Katie met us with such genuine empathy and compassion. She gently moved all the dog treats down to the floor so Jade could choose her own “yummy.” We sat together on the floor while Jade enjoyed it — unhurried, seen, cared for. Before we left, Katie gave me a pup cup for the following day. That simple, thoughtful gesture meant more than she probably knows. It became Jade’s last treat before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. In the middle of heartbreak, we were met with humanity. I will never forget it. Forever grateful. 💛

Kate always has the answer to the care for both my cats and my snake, and carries really solid/trustworthy products. We’ve both been in the veterinary industry and her advice is always spot on- whether it’s about diet, enrichment, supplements, specific breeds, etc- she is so knowledgeable. Really trust her with my furry and scaly family members.

This store is hands-down the best store I have ever shopped at. To be clear I have never experienced such consistent high-quality service at any store of any kind in my entire life. Barbara is the only team member name that I can recall at this time. She is excellent, but truly every team member clearly loves what they do and works hard to give every customer what they need, all while being incredibly generous, kind and helpful. Thank you for your excellence. The world needs more people like you!

Kate S has gone above & beyond to make sure I'm a valued customer at her store. I went into get a product they have to temporarily discontinue due to shipment issues, but she did not let me leave without my product. She sold me at a wonderful discount, her personal product that she had for her dragon there in the store. Her customer service is outstanding & she's very personable, making it a fantastic experience. She displays compassion at a level I've yet to see anywhere else around the heart of Windham. Lee is also a happy Gecko 😍

Pet Supplies Windham is our absolute favorite pet store to go to, and we won’t go anywhere else for our puppy or kitty needs! Kate and the rest of the Windham crew are always super friendly and never hesitate to answer any questions we have, or give us recommendations whether it be for dog/cat treats, supplements, toys, and everything in between! We couldn’t have asked for a better team or store, thank you guys for everything you do!
