Lake Region Animal Hospital

Had such a scare last week when my dog and cat got into a fight. My poor dog’s eye was leaking fluids and I was in panic mode. I called my regular vet and they said they couldn’t see him that day. I called lake region and the secretary was so amazingly attentive. I have never taken my two dogs there, but been there prior with my cats, they were so accommodating. Immediately got my information and gave me the times I could come in that day. I was a little nervous on waiting a few hours for the appointment and Dr. Seavey was so kind to tell us to head there at once. Dr. Seavey took him in and observed the injury on her lunch break. They were amazing with him, I was in shock how caring this team was. My regular vet is fine, but I’ve never seen such passion in a team. My dog felt so comfortabl

The staff was super friendly and cheerful. I had a significant bite wound on the ear of my pet bunny... not a cat or dog... and after driving well more than an hour and getting turned away at every door, Lake Region offered assistance. They showed compassion and empathy. They had to first check to make sure they had bunny safe meds... but the huge difference is every other vet I stopped at didn't even consider helping. One other veterinary 24-hour clinic in Portland actually told me to drive to Tufts in Massachusetts!!! Lake Region has heart, a clean facility and very knowledgeable staff.

I took my two dogs, to the Lake Region Animal Hospital for their yearly checkup. They're not seniors yet, but getting there, and the older one's starting to have some problems. They're helping us plan for his future care, they've been so compassionate, and they're really helping me through what could be a tough time, depending on his prognosis. My other dog was perfectly healthy! I'm so grateful for this amazing team; Bentley, Ngan, and I really appreciate them.

Just moved here a year ago and couldn’t ask for a better vet! They are attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable in a way that can help me understand too!

We love the folks up at L.R.A.H!! Our doggy gets SEVERELY stressed out every time we have to take her to be seen at the vet, to the point that we have to medicate her! Their amazing team knows all of the best ways to handle the stressful situation without making her more anxious!! There's no doubt these guys are true professionals and absolutely love and care for every animal ❤
