Pet Supplies Plus Smyrna

I hate giving this store anything less than 5 stars because Pet Supplies Plus is a one-stop shop for me, but my last experience was less than pleasant. A pack of bully sticks was placed on the wrong merchandise hook and it was the last pack of bully sticks hanging on it. I didn't check the SKU description before heading to the register and it rang up for $10 more than anticipated. I tried to tell the cashier and he went down the aisle and came back and validated my opinion and proceeded to call the shift manager to assist with the price change. She then walked down the aisle to check the price as well. She then came back to the register and argued with me about the price, and finally after holding up the line for 5 minutes, she asked me where I picked the pack of bully sticks up from. Afte

This place was in its prime back in the day when it first opened. The manager made sure everything was tip top. The store always remained clean and organized, the team was always friendly and helpful, the bathroom area magnificent! I dont know whats happened over the last year or so, but the last 2 times I've visited, the bath area is a nightmare. You used to be able to select 4 different types of actual shampoo bottles that they had on the option rack vs. the diluted version through the water. Well that is gone. The drain pipe connected to the tub drain is broken so prepare your feet to be soaked. The dryer hose nozzles are broken and the hose to the nozzle piece is tapped and even the tape doesnt keep it shut so I had to use the other one. The tubs have a sign to make sure they clean in

I love this pet store, I pass a few to come here specifically. Today I met Ryan and he made my experience even better he was training Perla and I got to learn a few things as well 10 out of 10 recommend!

Awesome selection of pet food but plan on climbing over obstacles and forget it if you need ADA access as it’s a complete mess on the ground and in aisles.

I drive almost 9 miles to shop at the Pet Supplies store in Smyna instead of a pet store 6 or 7 miles closer to me because of their competitive pricing. They have a greater selection of human-grade food options, treats, clothing, and a pet wash station. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
