We always brought our Akita dog Jaxson here for baths, the facilities made it so easy! He LOVED checking out the ferrets, which always seemed well cared for. Staff were always so nice and respectful of our giant. We will miss bringing him here, and will continue shopping here for our cats. -Family of Jaxson the Akita dog 12/2019- 3/3/2026

Diane & Brian are always so kind and helpful every time I shop there! The first time I went to the store, Diane helped me find the right food brand for my dog who has so many allergies and Brian always offers to help in anyway. I will continue to shop there over petco just because of the kind customer service, oh and also the awesome rewards program for members!

The employees are all super friendly and helpful, the groomers are amazing and patient with my very shy puppy. They always try to accommodate and give him plenty of time to get comfortable and space if he's not. They carry some great toys and treats, it's one of our regular stops! Prices are great. He approves!

These guys are the best. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, but Brian, the manager, really goes above and beyond. Don't find that kind of service very often anymore!

I love this store! All staff is very friendly and knowledgable about all types of pets. The female sales associate assisting customers with fish early in the morning on 3/10/21 is very friendly and helpful! The associates always help me find what im looking for and answer all my questions. Sales and prices are always great too! :) the picture is a glo fish that the associates helped me pick out a few months ago.
