Berkshire Humane Society's Wellness Clinic

Brought my kitty here for vaccinations, a nail trim, and an exam. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the vet was so nice. Very respectful, too. The entire place was clean and quiet. My cat needs dental work done so we'll be scheduling that in a couple of months. They were so good to her. I'm very grateful this clinic exists, because I wasn't able to bring her to her usual vet.

I just want to thank the team at the wellness clinic. You were so kind and so helpful with Buster. He may have given us quite a scare but the amazing doctors and staff saved my baby. Thank you for all your kindness during a really scary few minutes for me.

So I brought my friend to this clinic for her puppy to get checked out. The vet was very rude when my friend was clearly distressed as this is her first dog. Then practically told my friend that she was stupid for paying / supporting someone scamming people for dogs for a lower price without papers. Oh my lord! What is wrong with people?! Can’t anyone have any sort of decency? It wasn’t her fault. If anything she SAVED THE PUPPY. NOT COOL BERKSHIRE HUMANE!

If I could surpass 5 stars, I would for here. The staff and doctors here are one of a kind! Compassionate about the animals, education and my understanding. Im a cat newer cat mom of 2 and I rescued a kitty in 2024 from here. Not only did they help me last year get my first cat in for a vaccination that was a month past due (can't bring home a new kitty without a healthy and update to date big kitty at home, so thankful The Berkshire Humane cared about that) and I had just moved here so I dont have a home vet. They are so awesome and caring!!!

They are very friendly all the way from the front desk all the way up to the Vet. My cats are my kids and they were great with my babies. Its very hard to find a good vet.
