Pampered Pup Dog Day Spa

I’ve visited this grooming service twice before, and both times, the team did an outstanding job—my Yorkie looked and felt amazing! I was thrilled with the results and eager to make them our go-to spot. That said, I’m really struggling to book another appointment. Over the past few months, I’ve called repeatedly, but no one answers, and I haven’t received a single callback despite leaving messages. It’s frustrating, especially since I love the work you do when we can get in. I’ve noticed at least one other reviewer mentioning the same phone issues, so it doesn’t seem isolated. I’d love to come back—could you please improve phone responsiveness or add an online booking option? Hoping to hear from you soon!

Our 1st visit here and we are hooked already! Caesar took to Noah right away, which is rare for a timid dog. Noah did a superb full service groom. He was accurate, fast, welcoming, and professional. My favorite thing was his very apparent love of dogs. Looking forward to a long Caesar/Noah friendship!

I have a tricky drama queen of a dog. However, Noah and the groomers at Pampered Pup are the best! My dog is always treated with an extremely well-done job.

Brought our 100lb shepherd in and he was treated like a king! Amazing job on coat, nails, and ears. I would highly recommend, and make sure to tip… they are working very hard to please everyone! Prices are absolutely reasonable.

They are lovely people and our first haircut there with Keisha was fabulous. A perfect long puppy cut of my pup’s beautiful long coat. Unfortunately, the second and last cut was pretty terrible. I brought him in with a long coat and said specifically to Noah not to cut it short, but to keep it long and follow the lines and keep his face shorter, but not puffy like a Fru Fru poodle cut, Since he is a cool and shaggy Bernedoodle. Unfortunately, this was not relayed to the woman that cut his hair. I wish we got Keisha again, but apparently they didn’t look at who cut him last. They should’ve given him a five or six length but he ended up with a one or two and he doesn’t even look like the same puppy. She ruined his paws and ears. She cut off the tri-colors of his ears and left the top lay
