Pet Supplies Plus Minneapolis

The employees were friendly and open to helping socialize my puppy. The aisles were organized, the floors clean, and I was particularly impressed with the wide variety of options for nylabones. They’ve got good prices and plenty of quality items marked down. I’m excited to stop back in!

People there are welcoming and kind, making sure your animal has all of its needs met and more. We have a chihuahua and she wasn't eating. I went to the store and had a long conversation with an employee there on options. We were able to get the doggie to eat again based on their recommendations. Warm rice and a little cheese.

Grabbed the wrong bag of dog food and realized it less than 15 minutes later. Went back to return it and was told they couldn’t because it was bought at another pet supply plus store. Went back the next morning and returned it with no problem at all and the employees said they had never heard of that policy. It wasn’t that they couldn’t do it; they just didn’t want to. This was a one-off since I had to shop there, and it was a solid reminder why I normally stick with the G.O.A.T Chuck & Don’s 🐐🤣

I always feel "at home" in this store. The customer service is exceptional and the price and rewards make it even better. Totally appreciate that this store is in my neighborhood. Thank you to the entire, very knowledgeable staff!!!

Came here after a swimming day with my dog, perfect setup! They provide towels, soap, and a dryer, making it super convenient and easy to clean pup. Don't forget to bring your own brush!
