I normally don't shop here but was out of buy cat food and bully sticks. They had an extensive selection of high quality productswhich were well organized. While there i was greeted by the most friendly employees. Keith, was helping multiple customers simultaneously with ease. Even overheard him answering phone calls in the most professional, cheerful and confident manner. A real customer service pro. I was happy with the whole experience, but witnessing great customer service is something i dont see very often in retail these days. This fella shined and made mundane errand a joy.

Amazing store and great management! I saw a manager (larger lady not sure her name) yell at a young cashier (seemed to be in her teens) and they removed her immediately! I’m so happy they don’t allow such mean people to work there that they’d yell at their own cashiers!

Love the store but love love love the groomer even more. Wren is one of the best we have ever had for our dogs. She provides an amazing cut every time and gives my three dogs the five star treatment. Whether it’s my dog being groomed or others she has in the shop, she is always showing great love and care with the animals. If you need a groomer, please reach out and give Wren a try, you won’t be disappointed. She listen to your needs and concerns for your pet and then follows thru with amazing expertise. If she ever leaves, I am following her.

Fantastic store. Friendly and personalable! Great services. Reliable help. The grooming is amazing, and they always have my Redford dog food in stock! Very clean store as well!
