Doylestown Floor

We had a great experience with Doylestown Floor Covering. We had initially gone to the blue big box store to replace our carpeting. After a couple of months of trying to get a quote from them and install our carpets, we gave up and decided to try a local store. Andy at the Doylestown Floor Covering helped us choose carpets, and scheduled a measurement the next day. Later same day, he sent us a quote, and we put a deposit in a couple of days. They ordered the carpets right away, it took about a week for our carpets to arrive, and we scheduled installation that same week. So this is my first Google review ever, My goal of this review is to save you, Please, I mean please stay away! The owner may respond with false comments, I am a regular person with a regular job that spent a fortune on my floors but I unfortunately was sold a inferior product. My wood floor in my house has 100s of these weird putty spots all over the floor. Its something someone would never believe. My only regret is not posting this sooner but I did contact the BBB and the store very quickly and I am currently going to contacts a lawyer. I got my floors installed right before the Pandemic in our first house which we were so excited about. We were the happiest we ever could of been and we chose Andy over another store. I just had my floors refinished and the transformation is outstanding. I didn’t want to pay the money to have this done but it was well worth the expense. This is an investment property and the ROI is going to be ten fold. The video is after and the pictures are the before.

Outstanding from start to finish. Responded quickly to my email request. Worked around my schedule to meet and review project, installing hard wood flooring in foyer to match the existing hardwood in the 3 adjoining rooms. Provided a quote quickly after reviewing my project. The quote was similar to others. Install and completion on schedule and without any additional fees. The workmanship is top notch. You can barely tell the difference btw the new and old hard wood. Great service and product at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Customer service is exceptional and quality of workmanship is top notch. We have used them for many years for carpeting and hard floors. They are professional, punctual and clean. Andy (owner) will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with his service. He is always friendly and is a man of his word. We recently had a job done in which I misread the quoted amount. It was a mistake on my part and a difference of a large sum of money. Andy honored the mistaken amount and still gave us our order. I know he took a loss on this and he was extremely kind throughout the process. We are extremely grateful for his genuine kindness and generosity. You don’t see customer service like this anywhere.
