We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly. She has been grooming our two senior dogs, Hanna (our Australian Shepherd) and Bell (our Maltese), and the level of care, patience, and compassion she shows them is truly exceptional. Both of our girls have senior needs. Bell has dementia, and Hanna has mobility issues with her back legs. Kelly is always incredibly mindful of their limitations, moving at their pace, keeping them calm, and treating them with so much gentleness and respect. She never rushes them and always makes their comfort the priority. What truly sets Kelly apart is that she treats our dogs as if they were her own. First day of daycare, they assessed my dogs play level and made sure he got along with the other dogs at daycare. Received a call halfway through the day along with an email and pictures letting me know how my dog was doing. Very professional, and my dog loved it. He went back the next day and didn't even care to see me, and wanted to play with his friends.

The transformation in our dog has been amazing better listening, improved obedience, and more confidence overall. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they work with and treat them like their own. We are so grateful for the time, patience, and dedication they put into our pup. Highly recommend to anyone considering training!

Boarded our puppy with Mark and Skylar for initial puppy training. Lucy is only 6 mos.but very intense and smart. Best thing we ever did! Will do follow ups in the coming weeks for reinforcement.

Great experience ! My cat recently had a 13 day stay at the Holiday house. He is indoor/outdoor and has some daily medical needs. From what was shared with me, he did great, adjusted very well to a smaller space, enjoyed all activities and came home healthy and happy!
