Wonderful store! Always greeted with a smile. There is a great selection of dog and cat items and the dog wash is wonderful! I do highly recommend this store!

allow people “training” their dogs to mistreat their animals in store. Employees say it’s a frequent occurrence and they can’t do anything about it. Not sure if employees are scared of customers, managers, or higher up. This is disgusting to see as a dog lover. Do better, will also be contacting higher ups and posting to social media.

I had gone here ages ago and then had moved away. I recently moved back into this area from Minneapolis and was very happy to know this store was still here. It’s very well maintained. Clean and fully stocked with a variety of products. The staff is very friendly, asking me if I needed any help. At the moment I didn’t but then upon checkout I realized my dog food bag reward program (buy so many bags, get one free) was at their Hiawatha Avenue store. There were people waiting in line so I quickly wrote down my information and hoped those bag counts would transfer. I was happy to receive a call the next day stating that they did call and transfer those purchases and they even put my new bag into the count. I was not only happy they did that, it was nice they took the time to call and tell me

Great stuff there, have most of what I need. The staff is always helpful.
