Nova Veterinary Clinic

I have taken both of my cats to Nova since I moved to the Twin Cities area in 2021 and cannot recommend them enough. They are responsive, compassionate and accommodating. My older female cat has had skin issues and Dr. Flick and her team worked with me to help determine the issue and made a treatment plan that has worked wonders. My younger male cat recently had an obstruction scare which warranted an emergency vet visit. I hadn’t even called them yet but they contacted me the next morning wondering how he was doing and if he needed any further follow up. They go above and beyond for their patients!

Just switched to Nova after attending their open house and couldn’t be happier after our first visit. As soon as we walked in we were escorted to our exam room—didn’t event have to sit in the lobby! Their rooms are large with big windows and are extremely clean and welcoming. Julia and Dr. Jones were so friendly and handled our kitties with care. This was the first clinic I’ve been to where I could stay with my pets for the whole appointment, which I really enjoyed. They walked us through everything and gave us an estimate before the exam which I found very thoughtful (and affordable). And they have treats in the room for your pets which definitely helped our cats acclimate and get comfortable. Overall so happy with the experience and highly recommend!

By far the best vet clinic I’ve been to! I have a dog and a cat who have gone to Nova for about 2 years. The entire team is excellent, they truly care and can usually see us within 24 hours if something is urgent. The clinic is also always clean and the atmosphere is calm. With all things considered, I feel they are reasonably priced for the experience myself and my pets get. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Nova! We began coming here after our previous veterinary clinic failed to listen to or address the neurological symptoms our cat was experiencing. I found Dr. Jones through a mutual friend, and I am so grateful we did. She quickly identified a potential cause linked to the symptoms, and our cat has been doing so much better since. If it weren’t for the team at Nova, our cat would still be miserable. They truly listen, take the time to investigate underlying causes, and never try to push unnecessary services. We’re more than happy to make the 30-minute drive to receive the exceptional care Nova provides.

We absolutely love NOVA for our two cats. We liked Dr. Jones so much that we followed her from another clinic! I am consistently surprised when she calls a few days after a visit to check in. She really cares about our pets. Our older cat has needed specialty food a few times, and the doctor and staff are always clear about their recommendations. Thanks to Dr. Jones' expertise, we were referred to a feline ophthalmologist and found out that our cat has glaucoma. Without this referral our cat could have lost her sight. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
