Pet Supplies Plus in Bend is hands down the best! Their grooming team consistently goes above and beyond with customer service and care. All of the groomers take such great care of our pups—you can tell they truly love what they do. Every visit leaves our dogs looking great, feeling happy, and treated like family. We’re so grateful for the love and attention they give to each of our fur babies. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch grooming and a team that truly cares!

Staff went above and beyond! We were traveling with our three dogs in our truck/canopy. One of them decided to poop inside the canopy causing all three to be… covered. We were getting to town late and had no way to bathe them. This place has a self wash dog wash that I were able to get wash our dogs I while my husband went to a car wash to clean out the truck. I explained to staff members I would be quick washing them but was worried because one of our dogs was aggressive to other dogs. The staff said no problem, they would alert others coming into the store for the dog wash that there would be a brief delay! Luckily no one else came in since it was late. But the staff went above and beyond to help us while traveling.

I Honestly wish I could give more stars!!! I met Joe and Kevin!!! They gave me the best customer service I have gotten in so long!!! Customer Service is a lost skill these days, let’s be honest. I felt at home like I have shopped there for years! Thank you! Please keep up your hard work and spoiling your kitties! ❤️

Anna and the grooming team are absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend them enough! Our golden retriever looks amazing every time and I know he’s receiving the best possible care while in their hands.

Best best best… at everything doggo related! Best spot to do self grooming or have them groom your fur baby. In response to Roxie (4 months ago) don’t listen to that review… ridiculous they would leave a one star review… Definitely hands down the best grooming I’ve experienced ANYwhere, coming from moving about in multiple states, and with a Siberian Husky who is officially the hardest to groom. Their facility is the best in every way, the tubs are set up well, the best stocked self grooming I’ve been to anywhere, the nail and paw pad fur trimming, the expertise of their staff, I could go on but you get the idea. They also have the best well stocked supplies in their retail store and the staff on that side of the store is excellent at both locations. We are fortunate we have a lot of o
