I can't stress enough how amazingly outstanding this store, the employees, and their customer service is! Even coming from someone who has had experience keeping pets and reptiles off and on for over 2 decades, this is not your typical big chain store experience. The staff here, especially Matthew who has helped me multiple times, is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. The prices here are the absolute best for the same products you’ll find anywhere else. I bought a male Fancy Ball Python (now affectionately named Loki) a little over a week ago here, and he’s been fantastic and was obviously well taken care of and very healthy. Pet Supermarket of Lexington has earned my future business for life. I can't recommend them enough!!

Cloie is amazing and super knowledgeable about everything dogs and prob other pets. Her customer service skills are beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I won’t buy anything from my dog anywhere else thanks to her knowledge. Thanks Cloie! This store is blessed to have you!

Went here to get an item for a new pet. Plenty of options, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also was able to gi d great dog food choices. This was a bit of a hidden gem for me even though I pass by it all the time. Don't be like me, stop in and check them out

This place is absolutely amazing! Cooper and chloe i hope i spelled her name right, are completely awesome. Both made the the visit welcoming and kept the enviroment happy and helpful. Here we are a week before christmas and ive never felt as much joy as i did pet shopping tonight. They definately make this store pleasant to shop at and THEY ARE NOT AFFRAID OF WORK being i purchased over 500 dollars worth of stuff and couldnt make up my mind which fish i wanted then decided to go back in after purchasing fish and bought 2 bearded dragons and tanks and all kinds of other stuff i was driving myself crazy i can only imagine how they felt but they kept smiling kept working and kept warming the hearts of everyone in there. A last minute request from a small child led us here to see what we needed. We were assisted by a gentleman named “MJ” who was nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure our purchase for Christmas wouldn’t be a life lesson by February. We will absolutely be return customers because of this experience.
