The lady with the gray bushy/curly hair was sweeping and decided to come my way and I had my daughter. She didn’t say excuse me and swept the aisle we were on and seemed to just expect us to move. No welcome in or thank you for coming.no excuse me. I guess she just couldn’t wait for us to move AND she just had to sweep right where we were standing. I won’t be back

I like this unpretentious place. Lots of inventory, good prices and advice. I came here to ask about stocking a 1,500 gallon pond and received great advice and options. I chose stocking with comet feeders (a very low cost option) until I understood the nuances of pond ownership. No problem with access or parking here. Very convenient location.

I've visited twice in two weeks and had mixed experiences. While the cashier was friendly and gave great treat recommendations, the selection of collars and leashes is limited. Service was also slow; I waited over 10 minutes for an engraved tag because one employee disappeared to the back, leaving the floor understaffed during a rush.

Jason at the Lilburn was outstanding. Friendly, greeted me upon walking in, helpful, greeted my dog, Mia and helped me with my order! Amazing customer service!!! Keep it up Jason

Good store for aquatic equipment. Need more reliable suppliers to offer more variety. I recommend Pet Supermarket, way better then Pet Smart if you want to purchase fish as Pets!!!
