Pet Supermarket

I went to the Pet Supermarket in Clermont so my foster dog, Carla could meet a prospective adopter. The staff were very accommodating, and the store was clean and well stocked. (They have some great Halloween goodies). The adoption was a success, so that's just a bonus.

Kelsey and the team at the Clermont PSM location were so helpful when I came in to inquire about their dog washing station. I washed both my pups there today and the station was clean and well-maintained. I’ll definitely come here again. Well worth the money!

Couldn't make it in to get feeders today (minnows) so my partner went in for me. I told him a needed smaller feeders for what I have currently. He asked the woman who was working for smaller ones out the tank. She told him "it's a feeder, you get whatever I give you" so he just purchased the ones she gave him. Fish are larger than what I needed. These are overstocked tanks of various sized minnows and as feeders, it's common to pick out appropriate sizes for all species to be fed correctly. You wouldn't tell a snake owner "too bad you get what you get" if they needed a hopper instead of an adult feeder mouse. It doesn't take long to grab a net of feeders, and pick out some smaller ones, unless you just don't feel like it.

This is the best pet store in the area. Sells live crickets and other feeder animals. Has kitten adoptions, birds, bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, chameleons, snakes, fish, and more to purchase in store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My beardie Pebbles has visited a few times and she loves seeing everyone 💕

We love coming here to walk around and see the animals after our workout. I keep many reptiles and I know sometimes husbandry can fall behind, especially in a pet store. But I find it disheartening to see some of the reptiles upkeep be lack luster. Rat snake looked to have no heat lamp today, he’s also got tons and tons of poop all over his enclosure. Just want to see the animals taken care of. 👍🏻
