Pet Place

This is a great store if you want to get a pet. They had all kinds of fish, reptiles, and small animals. I heard some of the dogs, but I did not see them. When I walked into the store, I noticed it was well organized and a lot of room to walk around to look and very clean. The store is on the outdated side, but the quality of products, customer service, and a variety of animals. The variety of fish was really nice. The fish ranged in price, and the prices seemed to be the same as other stores. They had other pet supplies, but the variety was small. All pet supplies were covered in the store. There is lots of parking at the mall, which is always a plus. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are still looking at fish tank size, but we will definitely stop here first when we are ready

Friendly and helpful staff. Great fish selection. Reptiles, rodents and a very cute puppy as well. I have never been in such a clean pet store! Everything was immaculate and there was none of the expected “pet store smell.”

Sad and dirty looking set ups for the reptiles, some were overcrowded. I asked about one of the snakes and the guy at the counter seemed too preoccupied. It wasn’t busy in there. My son and I stood back there for 20 minutes and no one cared to see if we wanted help. Probably wouldn’t buy from here anyway after seeing the set ups.

extremely unethical setups, even for temporary holding. no animals here will be taken care of at all. half the aquatic animals are dead everytime i decide to torture myself by going inside. i know people want to save the animals from places like this, but otherwise please do not support this business.

Purchased our puppy there,he's healthy and adorable, for a mall pet shop it's one of the better ones. For sanitary reasons they won't let you hold the puppies or kittens to minimize risk of them catching something. Also they get their puppies and kittens from local breeders not some puppy mill which is awesome 😊 We purchased fish there too. Very reasonably priced.
