They are very nice, helpful and kind. Dr. Chic really cares about the animals that visit her. She has called us back when we leave an emergency call. The office people take very good notes to give her when she's busy and you have a question. She will take time to explain things to you. Which really helps you feel confident in the care you are getting.

Dr Chick and her staff always take excellent care of our pets from shots to elder care and euthanasia when the time may become apparent. They are great to work with!

I recently just called, for my registered cat, to get checked out because he has some very concerning symptoms. I addressed the problem, the receptionist was so extremely ignorant, she implied that since I haven’t been to THEIR specific establishment, I haven’t taken care of my cat, then why would I be calling your establishment? Who is to say my other vets are more booked? The worst part of this situation, she wouldn’t even try to help me. No recommendations after asked. No questions asked. “then I’ll just be reliable”. This to me says that you truly don’t care about your animal staff and owners, clients. This interaction, strictly over the phone was enough to me that I immediately booked with another vet. Never again.
