I expressed concerns with the company about not contacting me back after two attempts about my pet. I expressed how this action made me feel unnoticed as a potential customer and felt that it showed disinterest in my pet. I was accused of never contacting the company, of trying to sabotage the business, and was blocked from viewing the Facebook page. I’m sure there are people that are happy with their experience and that is wonderful. A mobile pet service can be very convenient for busy families, however, the way this interaction was handled does not reflect professionalism, concern for the customer, and quite frankly a poor and passive aggressive attitude. I would not recommend this business.

Very slow to reply. One of the workers, is horrible at doing nails. They personally lost me as a customer. I will take my business elsewhere. I won't recommend them to anyone, prices are ridiculous, even for a bath. They never get back to you in a timely window.
