Pet Paradise Winter Garden

This was our dog Mooshi's first visit to Pet Paradise in Winter Garden. As Mooshi does not get along with other dogs, we were able to safely board him in a VIP suite with a patio. He had one on one play time twice daily and extra treats and attention each day. We were able to watch him on a web cam directly in his room. His bed was very plush and covered with warm cuddly blankets. He really enjoyed the fish cartoon playing on his TV. Drop off was super easy and the pet care teammate was very thorough on intake asking all the necessary questions to ensure Mooshi had a fun and safe stay. Pickup was quick and easy. We will be boarding Mooshi again.

We recently relocated from New Hampshire to Clermont, Florida. Whenever we went on a long weekend or vacation, we relied on our family to watch our three dogs. However, since we moved to the area, we didn’t have anyone to care for them. We heard great things about Pet Paradise in Winter Garden, so we decided to give it a try. We visited the facility for a tour and were thoroughly impressed by the spacious and well-maintained environment. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The following Sunday, we brought our dogs in for a free day of daycare. We wanted to know how the dogs would do before we decided to leave them for any length of time. Finn did the Best Dog Ever training experience, and he came back home a much better dog. Mollie, his trainer, kept us updated with pictures and videos when she could and would answer any questions we had very quickly. The training sessions weekly for us were also very beneficial and informative so we could keep up with his progress. I highly recommend this program and the Winter Garden location!

The curbside drop off and pick up procedure at this location is awesome! My 16 year old 90% blind dog was not stressed by his stay which was very comforting! The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely love the dogs. Pet Paradise is my go to boarding place when visiting my family in the Orlando area.

I am late leaving this review, but I feel like our experience is worth sharing. We boarded our Golden Retriever puppy, Hazel, here in a VIP suite in August. When we picked her up she was wet, stank to high heaven, was coughing, and had a skin infection that required a week on antibiotics and topicals. She was perfectly healthy before she was dropped off. They stated that they gave her the return home bath but I’m convinced that they just sprayed her with a hose to get her wet and called it a day. I don’t know what in the world they are doing at this location, I don’t think they do either. We recently boarded Hazel at the Lake Buena Vista location for twice as long as she was at Winter Garden. She came home happy, healthy, soft, and smelling good. Get it together Winter Garden. You need to
