Pet Paradise Matthews

This was our second time using the pet paradise in Matthews as we were referred to it by our friends that utilize the pet paradise in Huntersville we wanted to use the one that was closest to our home. We dropped off our Bentley on February 13th I Felt I was over talk at check-in as I was giving instructions for my Bentley’s feeding, even my husband said he felt that it was going to be screwed up in translation and it was. We left six days worth of feeding at the point of drop off on the 3rd day of him being there, I was called and told he was out of food because they were over feeding him not only did she not listen to my instructions Bentley’s personal instructions were listed on the front of his food. We specifically buy the farmers dog food because of Bentley‘s stomach issues. All the

Pet Paradise has been the BEST to my family and to our Jasper. The staff is so attentive to him and his needs, and always act genuinely excited to see him. If you are looking for a boarding place for your fur baby, this is the place to bring them!

Every step from making a boarding appointment through our dog’s stay to the pick up was easy and affordable. The facilities conveyed a pleasant, comfortable, safe and spacious setting. Web cam views let us check in to see our dog interacting playfully with several dogs. Our former kennel closed and we were so impressed after our first visit we’ve made Pet Paradise our new go to!

We absolutely love Pet Paradise! Anytime we board our Laika, she has such a wonderful time. They offer us such peace of mind by communicating how she is adjusting and how much fun she is having. We get pictures and notes, and last time she was there, she even won a puppy prize! When we get out of the car to bring her in, she always runs to the door. She loves it there and so do we!

This use to be our favorite place to take our Golden. We were told that our Golden was aggressive to other the other dogs. He can come back but we were told he can only go out 2 times a day and by himself no other dogs. We don't understand as we see no aggression with other dogs he plays whether in our yard or someones yard. We told he did this 3 times. There rule and they will not reevaluate him either. He loves people and gets along with other dogs. So now we are in the process of looking for another boarding place. Our mistake we should have asked to look there camera but we were in shock and didn't think about that. Lesson learned
