River is our little princess. She is very loving but is also honest about how she feels. So when we arrive at Pet Dominion, she gets excited. Upon entering, the front office staff are amazing friendly and courteous, always asking how our little girl is doing. When a staff member comes to take River back, she is just so excited she is usually waiting at the door for it to open for her to go back. And when we get her at the end of the day, she is always happy and tries to “talk” to us about how much fun she had. Pet Dominion not only offered great day care, but boarding, has a vet on site, offers physical therapy, and more. Pet Dominion is our new family vet. We were treated with kindness and professionalism from the moment we called throughout our visit with two sick cats for urgent visits on a Saturday. We were seen within hours with follow-up on a Monday. Both Dr. Houston and Dr. Brown were thorough, respectful, listened, and were exceptional at discovering what needed to be done to get our two beloved cats back to health. We cannot say enough about the follow-up, ease of communication, response to questions - everything. They also took exceptional care to be extra gentle and communicative to put both of our cats who are blind at ease during the exams and necessary testing. I can’t say enough good things about Pet Dominion Veterinary Clinic in Rockville. I completely trust the doctors and technicians. They consistently give my dog, Chili Dog, the best care I could imagine. The entire team is incredibly patient and compassionate, which means everything to me because Chili is a very sensitive and nervous 5-year-old shepherd. They take the time to make her feel safe and comfortable at every visit, and it truly shows how much they care about both their patients and their pet parents. I’ve trusted Chili Dog with Pet Dominion since she was a puppy and wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional, thoughtful veterinary care.

We use Pet Dominion for veterinary, daycare and lodging, and our dog, Roscoe, absolutely loves it there! The front desk team and daycare staff are wonderful and Roscoe literally runs into the facility. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and kind. After seeing so many horrible stories of dogs being hurt, I was always very skeptical about leaving Scarface anywhere. I finally had no choice but to leave him for a week and my anxiety was horrible. Kim, the manager, truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made me feel completely at ease leaving my boy while we had to travel unexpectedly. It was the first time i ever left him outside of my moms , and knowing he was treated like family meant everything to me. He was so happy when I came back, sitting like part of the team The level of care, compassion, and communication was exceptional, and on top of that, their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service they provide.
