Pet Cabana LLC - Forest

The fine folks at Pet Cabana really care about your furry family members. No wonder they are consistently voted one of the best pet care centers for Lynchburg. They have very reasonable rates for the level of care and attention given to your pet during their stay. Our pup is always excited when he realizes he is going away to his “pup camp” where he gets to play with fluffy friends and loving humans. The entire staff is so nice to work with and they really take excellent care of your furry family members as if their own. This is by far the best place to board your pet if needed. Thank you again Pet Cabana for keeping our Rocko happy and well loved!

Suzette really helped us out through a hard time and was patient and understanding with us while we boarded our cats until we found a new place. Our 3 cats were well taken care of and happy and interacted with, they had tons of toys and enrichment and a room to themselves with a litter box for each of them. The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly and I will highly recommend them in the future.

My dog has been going here for 2.5 years and we love it!! Such amazing and welcoming staff, they are super kind and my dog runs in with excitement every time which was something very important to me. He also gets groomed while he is at daycare by Suzette and she does amazing work. I love that I can drop him off and he can be groomed while he is already there. I also have peace of mind with my dog being there all day. They make it easy to give him lunch or a treat during the day, they offer lots of cuddles and play time, and they work with you if a situation ever occurred. Great place, I would highly recommend them!!

The pics you see are after a GOOD GROOMER (left) and after the PET CABANA groom (right). I had originally posted this and decided to take it down because small business owners deserve grace. However, Since then I’ve had even more confirmations and conversations about this place, so I need to let everyone know..and SEE how terrible my dogs looked after getting “groomed” at Pet Cabana, LLC in Forest. I also decided to take this down originally because I wanted to give the owner a 2nd chance to remedy the situation. After attempting that again and being simply ignored… Here is my review… If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would give and I have NEVER given a bad review ever in my life. Over $150 for this. Pet Cabana loved my sweet Kevin truly like she was their own dog. I don't think I could have taken better care of her during the day myself. They left on her so much and knowing that she was at a place during the day that she was loved and cared for made me feel much more confident being at work and knowing my little puppy was having a good time. Suzette always did a phenomenal job grooming her and she was always so so happy to go to daycare and play with all her little friends. We started taking her to day care at just 8 weeks old and the first day I was so worried leaving her but quickly knew that she was in an excellent place that was taking great care of her. They let the dogs play and develop friendships but also keep a really close eye to keep them all safe. Right after Kevin got spa
