Perfect Pooch

I started going to this groomer at the beginning of 2025 and they did an amazing job initially. 6 month in, I took him for a wash and full groom. A new groomer who CUT OFF a tip of my dog’s ear. She confessed upon pick up was very apologetic. She used peroxide and Neosporin to treat my pup as best she could and offered a discount services. Ultimately, my dog was OK so I took him back a the next time and asked that they give him a BATH ONLY. He was stinky and I had not yet taken the time to find a new groomer. I specifically told them not to cut his hair because I no longer trusted their ability to do so but decided to take advantage of the discounted offer before moving on. Nelly is the best groomer I’ve had for my Jack Russell Terrier. We started with Perfect Pooch in March 2023. Nelly knows how to handle Mercy and I’m forever grateful! He gets groomed once a week with antiseptic shampoo.

So we dropped off trooper, and he was in desperate need of a good bath. Trooper is a 102 pound German Shepherd. That's fourteen years old and has bad hips. It's very difficult for us to bathe him in any traditional setting, because of the hair and we can't lift him. So we called up perfect pooch, it took them about an hour, and he looks absolutely amazing. They got every ounce of hair off of him. Give him a good bath, brushed. His teeth trimmed his nails. Trooper did not want to leave. He was having fun. I am so happy. We found this location and we will be using this location. Monthly, as our old groomer, who's no longer in business.

The experience was awesome. First of all, the staff was SOOO nice and my crazy pekingese Daisy looks amazing. Daisy is very sensitive and I have never been able to get her groomed. I will definitely be taking her back and she looks perfect!

My Maltese is very skiddish, Nelly is great with her. She goes Above and Beyond to bond with Elisa and keep her calm. This is the only place I trust will my little princess.
