Peninsula Pet Emergency

Dr. Mason and Nick were so kind during our emergency. They were professional, compassionate, and supportive. Our sweet girl, Gertie Lou, couldn't be saved but they helped us make sure she didn't suffer long. They got us right in when we called in a panic and remained calm. They have a brutal job delivering news sometimes but they did it with grace. I hope to never need them again, but if so, they'd be my first choice. I'm so grateful they are here.

Just an absolutely wonderful pet emergency we were so lucky to have close to home! I was so anxious and the way the staff spoke to me so thoroughly and thoughtfully made me feel more at ease. I took my kitty in for a gash on her tail and Dr Amanda Mason cleaned her up super well and took lovely care of my kitty even sending us home with all the proper medications and very detailed instructions. Definitely recommend this place if you have a pet emergency.

We could not be more grateful for Peninsula Pet Emergency. A few weeks ago, our senior pup’s condition declined quite dramatically, and of course, it happened on a Sunday. After driving to Poulsbo, we were turned away and told the wait was over nine hours on an 80+ degree day. This was all after they failed to fully assess our pup’s condition. We drove home feeling defeated. While it was difficult to wait until 6 p.m. for Peninsula Pet Emergency to open, we are so immensely appreciative that they are serving our area. Unfortunately my husband and I had to make the excruciating decision to put our sweetheart to sleep, but we cannot thank Dr. Mason and the entire staff enough for the compassion they showed us. Dr. Mason and her staff provided excellent service, compassion, and care not only of our dog that was euthanized due to a previously unknown condition, but to my husband and me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their business here on the Olympic Peninsula.

We had a 20 year old family cat who needed to be euthanized, on a weekend, at night of course. We called ahead to notify Dr.Mason and the team that we were on our way, it was really an emergency. We arrived at 6:20, we were seen immediately and the team was so incredibly accommodating and kind. They had an IV in the cat by 6:30 and we were able to let our family kitty rest by 6:45pm. I can’t say enough how thankful I was for Dr.Mason and her entire team. Sequim needed Dr.Mason, and I highly recommend her. She was there for our sweet kitty and us when we needed her.
