Peak City Puppy - Wake Forest

We had a great in-home dog sitting experience with Jess at Peak City Puppy! It started with a phone interview with someone at Peak City to describe our needs and get answers to some questions to make sure our needs could be met and it would be a good fit for both the dog sitter and our dogs. We had an in person meet and greet with our potential dog sitter, again to make sure it would be a good fit for both the sitter and our dogs. We scheduled another two meetings since we have an anxious, nervous dog and we had a 15 week old puppy at the time of our travel, and wanted to make sure Jess and our dogs felt confident with each other before we left. Carla from Peak City was fantastic! She took such great care of our senior dog while we were away. She was extremely communicative and sent detailed updates and photos after each visit. It made it easy for us to relax on vacation knowing our pup was in great hands. This was our first time using Peak City and the experience couldn’t have been better—highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kim from Peak City was with my dogs when we recently traveled and needed in home dog watching services. We have multiple large breed dogs all with different personalities and we needed someone to watch them while we were away for the weekend. Initially Peak City responded to my inquiry very quickly and put me in touch with Kim. Kim came and met my dogs ahead of time and spent time so they would feel comfortable with her and so she could learn their routine. Kim was reliable, on time and took excellent care of all the pups. (We have two dogs that are anxious and she was great with helping them to stay calm and taking extra care of their needs.) She also kept me well informed and I was able to see photos of all the dogs so I knew they were doing fine.

10/10 recommend! I would give more stars if I could. We struggled to find a good pet sitter until we found Peak City Puppy. They are reliable, kind and give the same amount of love and care we give our pets when we’re home. I also adore that they send updates and pictures every time they come by. I’ve had the most stress free vacations since choosing them to watch our 3 babies! Not only that, their pricing is reasonable as well.
