Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Heritage

I brought my dog for severe itching and swollen lymph nodes. Although I was concerned for the worse after examination the senior vet immediately went with a cancer diagnoses. I was completely taken aback of course and accepted our fate at the time. Now with three weeks to go on a planned extended 5 week trip we were left to make a tought choice to put our dog down. I was told this cancer and stage was very aggressive. The initial blood tests recieved after 5 days was negative. This was already $400 visit in. I was releived but the vet went on to say that he has a high medical suspicion. So I paid for more tests. After a week and a half with the clock running and the potentially difficult decision we had to make on this suspicion, I had to phone the vet for results. Apparently it was still

I came across this office when my vet was closed on a day my dog had issues. My previous vet I was using for 18 years for my cats and dogs throughout the years. This vet office stood out the minute I walked in. Everyone is so friendly and interactive with all the animals that walk in the door. They have been thorough with my 2 pets when I bring them in. My dog can get overstimulated easily in new places, but they knew exactly how to approach her on the exam, which gave me such relief. I have found my new vet's office. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

This vet is amazing. Constantly looking out for what is best for our dog. Every issue was discussions on what our options were as well as what they thought was best for the pet (which was not typical since it meant less money spent there at times). Then to top it off, when the time came to lay our girl to rest they went above and beyond every step of the way. Including a sympathy card signed and personalized by everyone. We will return when we decide to get another fur baby.

My dog has suffered from severe allergies and arthritis for years, and we found ourselves in a frightening situation this week where he was injured and needed to get to the vet as soon as possible. My dog weighs over 100 pounds and was in significant pain, and without hesitation, the team came out to gently help lift and carry him on a stretcher from my car into the facility. If there were an Olympic event for eating the wrong things, Artie would medal, after all, he managed to eat 18 jigsaw puzzle pieces. Thankfully, this incredible veterinary team saved the day with their expertise, kindness, and great sense of humor. We are endlessly grateful, and Artie has officially retired from puzzle-based hobbies.
