PDL Design

We Had purchased Moroccan 4 X 4 Zellige tile and all the materials for install. We decided to have PDL Designs Install the tile on our kitchen backsplash and we were overcharged to say the least. We set up the first install around mid-November, I agreed to Frank P terms, and understood that their fee would be $600 per day. From his text, Frank only specified that the cost would be “600 dollars a day”. The installers come the following day and completed most of the backsplash in 2 days. They were not able to complete a small portion of the wall because we had run out of tile. That said, they agreed to return to complete the backsplash once additional tile was available. We ordered additional tile from Morocco, and the tile installers returned and completed that backsplash about a week ago.

Our builder bought carpet from these guys and after water damage, we found them and tried to inquire if they still carried the same carpet. We first called Rick on Saturday and he sounded like we woke him, so we said we'd send him the original invoice so he could check. He agreed. We sent the invoice on Saturday. Monday passed so we reached out on Tuesday to see if he had a chance to check...since he hadn't replied to our original email. Wednesday, still no reply so another message was sent trying to check one more time, as we need carpet. Then today, Thursday, Rick replies with a capital "NO". See screenshot of entire conversation. I understand there's always 2 sides to a story, but that kind of reply to a previous customer and potentially returning customer is just piss poor. Ho
